  H An alleged sales brochure (or more accurately, an anti-sell document) for Tesla’s upcoming mainstream  Model 3 reveals the electric sedan won’t be nearly as zippy as its bigger brother, the Model S. A source claiming inside knowledge of Tesla’s activities recently published the brochure over on the Tesla Model 3 Owners Club (via  Inside EVs ). According to the leak, the Model 3 will be able to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.6 seconds. That’s not really slow, per se, but it’s nowhere near as fast as Tesla’s other vehicles. Motor Trend earlier this year found that a top-of-the-line  Model S P100D with Ludicrous+ mode , for example, can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.28 seconds. The service requires as little as 15 minutes advance notice if you are a paying AmazonFresh subscriber, which costs an extra $14.99 per month on top of your Prime subscription. Regular Prime customers have to wait at least two hours before the earliest pickup window becomes available. But over the next few weeks, the US site is rolling out the option to switch everything, including listings, into Spanish. Changing from English is simply a matter of accessing the language drop-down menu near the “Accounts & Lists” option. The company’s latest attempt to repair its image involves the controversial  Greyball program used to deceive regulators. After defending the system following the  New York Times  report that first revealed Greyball, Uber now says it will stop using the tool. In a brief  blog post , Uber chief security officer Joe Sullivan wrote: “We have started a review of the different ways this technology has been used to date. Do your research before installing an Android VPN Virtual private networks have been popular among computer users for some time, and they’re starting to find their way onto more Android devices as an increasing number of apps, such as photo editor  Meitu , harvest user location data. But researchers have found that many of these VPNs are security nightmares. Australia’s Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), along with security researchers from the University of South Wales and UC Berkley,  tested  283 VPN apps from Google’s Play Store. The results showed that 38 percent of them contained some form of adware, malvertising, trojan, riskware, or spyware. Additionally, 67 percent featured at least one third-party tracking library and 82 percent request permissions to access sensitive data, including user accounts and text messages. Leaks and rumors regarding the upcoming smartphone have topped headlines in recent weeks.
